How It Works (7 Steps)
Most cases complete in about 4 weeks. If your pet is already microchipped, you can skip STEP 04 and finish even sooner.

Consult & apply via LINE
Same dayTap the application button on our official LINE account to send your questions or start your application. We respond in English.

Hearing & quote
1–2 business daysWe confirm details such as the number of pets, your area of residence, and rental status, then send you a quote.
- 03
Payment & kickoff
1 business dayPay via bank transfer or PromptPay. Once we confirm payment, we begin preparing your documents.
- 04
Microchip implantation (handled by you)
1–2 weeksYou take your pet to a veterinary clinic to have a microchip implanted (this step is outside our service scope). If your pet is already microchipped, you can skip this step.

Document preparation & review
3–5 business daysYou complete an intake form with the required information. We then prepare Form CLS.2, the Power of Attorney, and the landlord consent (if needed) for your review.

Submission to Bangkok City Hall (handled by us)
1–2 weeksOur Thai-speaking staff visits the relevant Bangkok district office and submits the application on your behalf.

Digital pet ID delivered
DoneOnce registration is complete, we deliver your digital pet ID via LINE. We will also let you know how to receive the original certificate.

- Photo of your passport (photo page)
- Proof of residence (rental contract or recent rent receipt)
- Photos of your pet (full body, taken in good light)
- Microchip certificate (if your pet is already microchipped)
- Vaccination certificate (if available)
- (For renters) Landlord consent form — we provide the template
