Which plan should I choose?

It depends on the number of pets, your language preference, and whether you need to secure grandfathered rights. For one pet with full English support, go with the 'English Plan'. If you have 2 or more pets, or need to lock in rights before the new law takes effect, check out the 'Multi-Pet Plan'. Not sure? Just ask us on LINE — no pressure.

When do I need to pay?

After you apply via LINE, payment is due within one week. We'll start working on your registration once payment is confirmed.

How long does it take from application to completion?

The standard timeframe is about 4 weeks. The process goes: consultation & application → document preparation → submission to Bangkok Metropolitan Administration → digital Pet ID issued. Multi-pet registrations may take additional time. Please make sure your pet's microchip is implanted before applying.

●Paperwork is complicated (all in Thai) — Form CLS.2, power of attorney, landlord consent letter — everything is Thai-language based.
